Today I got a email titled “You’ve been invited to Google Voice”, and I successfully got a US phone number. I am not US native and have no real US phone number, so I have to use the virtual phone number offered by Gizmo5 to active my new US phone number.
try to get invitation from here,https://services.google.com/fb/forms/googlevoiceinvite/
and if you need a virtual phone number, you can visit http://www.gizmo5.com and register one.
